Being a web based company telephone calls are only accepted between 11am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday. Sometimes the call may be diverted (at our cost) to another number & can take longer than usual to connect. Please be patient & hold the line until the connection is made which takes at least 30 seconds. If someone is still available outside our normal working hours, your call may still be taken. If you are invited to leave a message, please give your name & number - the answerphones are constantly monitored so your call will be returned as soon as possible.
