Telephone

Our telephones are manned 10am - 8pm Monday to Saturday and 12 - 4pm on Sundays. Sometimes the call may be diverted (at our cost) to our mobile number and can sometimes take longer than usual to connect. Please be patient and hold the line until the connection is made which takea at least 30 seconds. If you do have any difficulty in getting through then please feel free to use the mobile number. If someone is still available outside our normal working hours, your call may still be taken. If you are invited to leave a message, please give your name and number and as the answerphones are constantly monitored your call will be returned as soon as possible. 

 Email

Our email address is monitored constantly and you should get a reply very quickly even outside of our normal hours.

Fax

Although the fax is monitored constantly its only for UK use. Our fax number is 0870 486 486 0

Instant Live Messaging

At the bottom of the home page you will find a 'Live Chat' button. There is a live operator waiting to talk to you. Simply click to start and enter your name and email address then type your question. If it reads 'Offline', then an operator is not available but you can still use it to type your message. We will reply to it via email as soon as we come back online.
