China Imports Information

Our China Imports are a great range of products made and stocked in China, you can order one of these products with confidence.

Delivery is by high speed air courier, usually DHL or FedEx and only
takes 3 – 4 working days. In many cases this is actually faster than a local UK parcel delivery by the Royal Mail.

Depending on the total cost of the item, (including courier shipping),
there may be VAT and Customs duties due on arrival. If such a charge is levied,
(usually about £15 but it does depend on cost), providing you can provide us with a receipt we will refund you immediately all such costs.

To help avoid these charges the warehouse will attach an artificially
lowered invoice, showing a total cost of much less than the actual cost of the
item. This is for Customs only and should be discarded on arrival as it does not represent its true value. If a charge is to be levied an invoice will arrive approximately 2 weeks later.

As mentioned above, email or post us a copy of the receipt and we will
refund all charges, in full, immediately.

All of the China imports carry a makers 12 month guarantee and in the
unlikely event of a problem they will either refund or repair at their
discretion. They also have an excellent after sales email and live operator message system (in English) for back up and support.
