Since some of the items are shipped from the manufacture directly to you, you can save up to 80% compared to purchasing from a retail store.

It will usually take between 4 - 10 working days to arrive after the item has been dispatched from the warehouse upon receipt of payment. It may take longer depending on your destination. Wherever possible shipping is within 48 hours of receiving the order and payment.
If an item has to be imported and sent direct to you, then the item will be labelled as a "Gift" and declared "lower value" for shipping purpose only. It will not reflective to the total price you paid or the market value of the product.
On rare occasions, if an item we are selling becomes unavailable after purchase because of last minute unforeseen circumstances (i.e. it's been recalled or it has been replaced in stock by an upgraded model) we will contact you and offer the alternative item at a discounted price or give a full refund, whichever is chosen by yourself.
An order can be cancelled before delivery with a full refund as long as the item is still in the early processing stage and has not been picked and packed or been sent to the couriers for dispatch - this is usually within the first 24 hours after placing the order.
When you pay through PayPal, please be sure to check your address at PayPal, if the address is not correct; please make the alterations before you pay, the seller cannot be held responsible for shipping to an incorrect or out of date address..
Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we'll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options.
Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to order from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay. Some products will be ordered from our China supplier for the exact amount ordered.In the vast majority of cases packets / cartons delivered from China by courier arrive safely with no problems at all and in only about 7 days !
The recipient/Buyer is responsible to pay the outward and return delivery costs if they decide not to accept the delivery for whatever reason including non payment of any duty - apart from damaged goods or packaging upon receipt.
Please do not query packing and delivery charges after purchase as they are based on actual quoted rates from the above postal companies for the UK & Worldwide.
Returns & Refunds
All our products come with a 12 month manufacturers warranty.
This means if there is a quality defect that causes the device to be unacceptable for sale or unusable during the 12 months after dispatch from our warehouse, we will accept a return and either repair the item, replace the item with an identical new item, replace the item with an equivalent item that you accept, or offer credit or a refund.
Any returns must be discussed in advance, and authorised so they are sent with the correct paperwork.
All returned products must be sent together with the original packaging and accessories unless an exception is agreed in advance.
In the event of any returned goods where you are requesting a repair / replacement / refund under the warranty, your shipping costs returning the products to the manufacture warehouse (sometimes in China or the USA) are payable by you, and cannot be compensated.
Physical damage to a product caused by the user invalidates the warranty.
Opening products up, e.g. to repair or modify components, invalidates the warranty.
Flashing the firmware or using non-approved software invalidates the warranty.
Return costs are the buyer’s responsibility & it is required to use a tracked delivery.
A restocking & administration fee may apply & the refund will only be for the item cost itself (minus any deductions for restocking or depreciation of the items value up to 20% depending on condition of the returned item) and not the original delivery costs.
Once a return is agreed between us and yourself (the buyer) which must be within 5 days of receipt, we will give you all the relevant details about how to return the item and what else is required.
It may be that the item is fine, but a particular part is missing or not working or the item has been wrongly connected, we are always here to help to solve any problems before it reaches the stage of returning an item and the costs involved with doing that for yourself or us. Outside of the 5 day policy – the manufacturers 12 month warranty applies as above.

Although we do assist you by manually checking all orders to screen possible region / compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns of health products which were simply mis-ordered by you.
If you are in an NTSC video colour region, don't order PAL products for your market.
Check if your locality has free DVB-T (Digital) broadcasts before buying DVB-T digital TV receivers. If the driver's seat is on the left, don't order left side passenger sun visor Car DVD Monitors!
Additionally, there are some (cool) types of gadgets including for example (but not limited to) radio signal jammers, high powered lasers, and quasi-medical products, that are not legal to import into certain countries.
As the buyer / importer it is entirely your responsibility to find out in advance of placing your order whether your ordered items are subject to import restrictions.
We will ship you whatever you order, so we do not accept liability in the case of failed delivery of goods, where they have failed to clear your country's local Customs - either in cases where the goods are turned back, or in cases where the goods are seized.
In addition we are not compulsory for informing you of possible import restriction issues before or after purchase.
We will not be responsible for any damage that may be caused on your computer, console, or other hardware / software during / related to installation of any of our products.
